We did not have the all inclusive plan and weren't even offered a food voucher. The hotel managers were understanding but not accomadating, they were fully aware that all of my money was tied up and offered us 200.00 cash for 5 days. I did end up getting my money back the day after I returned home. I made arrangements for money to be sent to me. ![]() I spent 2 days going back and forth with them until I just said forget it. WELL exactly what I was Trying to avoid happen and they double charged my card. I read the prior reviews of the hotel and how they make fraduelet charges to peoples credit cards so I made sure to give them a credit card and not a debit card for incidentals because I knew I could simply dispute anything that was incorrect. I was super annoyed but tried to just ignore the initial red flags. No offer for them to hold Our bags until check in, no accommodations made and I was told I could change into my swim suit in the bathroom with no lights. ![]() The worker says nothing just rolls his eyes and keeps talking. In the middle of check in the power goes out. I was told that the room would not be ready until 4pm. First this is not a 5 star resort 3.5 at most.
